The mission of the Medicine Hat Fire Department Honor Guard is to honor, remember and celebrate active, retired and fallen Fire Service members

With respect and dignity members may attend funeral services for active or retired personnel and personnel that have died in the line of duty. Members of the honor guard may also represent the department as a color guard bearing flags.

The disciplined team consists of members who volunteer thier time to represent the Fire Department at various community events.  The team has participated in events ranging from memorial services to parades and has also extended its services for other departments use.
